All of Flower City Management's apartments are located in Rochester's East End, Park Avenue and Art/Historical Districts. One of the conveniences of these locations is it allows you to walk to restaurants, cafes and cultural destinations.
Park Avenue is perhaps the most popular area in the city for strolling and shopping. Lining the streets of this refined neighborhood are cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants. Nestled in the heart of the cultural district are art galleries, museums, the Eastman Theatre, Eastman School of Music and the Little Theatre- all within walking distance. The East End area is blooming with high end restaurants, coffee shops and night clubs, the main entertainment attraction of Downtown Rochester.
Rochester offers many festivals in late spring and summer months, including the Rochester International Jazz Festival, Park Avenue Festival, Corn Hill Arts Festival, Clothesline Art Festival and the Lilac Festival are just a few. In the summer, especially on the Fourth of July, downtown after dark is lit with fireworks and a laser show at the High Falls venue.
